1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 786be ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 786be website located at https://786be.io, including all associated services, products, features, and content offered through the platform.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the 786be platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are using the platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have full authority to bind that person to these Terms, though we note that account sharing is not permitted under Section 4 of this document.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. 786be reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 13. Your continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the individual user account registered by a Player on the 786be platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts awarded to a Player's Account subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole transactional currency of the 786be platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other wagering product offered by 786be.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by 786be prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Prohibited Activities" means the actions described in Section 8 of these Terms.
• "Platform" means the 786be website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessed via https://786be.io.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the operative time zone for all 786be platform operations and settlement times.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the 786be platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older ("21+ only"). By registering an Account, you warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 786be reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds held therein will be dealt with in accordance with applicable regulations, which may include forfeiture of funds in cases where false declarations were made at registration.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one Account on the 786be platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a Prohibited Activity under Section 8 and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the duration of your Account. 786be will not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions

786be is intended for use by players located in jurisdictions where access to online betting platforms is not prohibited by applicable law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing 786be is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an Account. 786be makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction outside of its operational market.

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 786be will never contact you to request your password. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials will be treated as activity conducted by you, and you will be held responsible for all bets placed, transactions made, and actions taken under your Account.

4.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you suspect or become aware of unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 786be support immediately at [email protected]. 786be will take reasonable steps to assist in securing your Account following receipt of such notification, but accepts no liability for losses that occurred prior to the notification being received.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

786be reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued National Identity Card (NID), passport, driver's licence, or proof of residential address. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the relevant KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 786be support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any outstanding real-money Balance will be returned to you via your most recently used verified payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal minimums and KYC completion. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion terms.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

786be accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank Bangladesh, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are conducted exclusively in BDT. 786be does not accept deposits via international credit or debit cards unless expressly stated on the deposits page.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Account Balance within 30 seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to process. 786be is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors. Minimum deposit amounts are published on the deposits page and are subject to change without prior notice.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. 786be reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may not be cancelled by the Player once submitted and approved for processing.

5.4 Currency

All Balances, Bets, and transactions on the 786be platform are denominated in BDT. 786be does not apply currency conversion fees to BDT transactions. Any currency conversion fees charged by a Player's bank or mobile money provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by 786be are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence in respect of that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified. Unused Bonus Funds will expire upon the conclusion of the promotional period.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

786be employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting promotional loopholes, placing offsetting bets to circumvent wagering requirements, registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, and coordinating with other players to abuse referral systems. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited. Real-money Balance genuinely deposited will be returned at 786be's discretion following investigation.

6.4 Promotional Eligibility

786be reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any Player for any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions may be restricted by geography, account history, or previous bonus participation. A Player's participation in a promotion constitutes acceptance of the specific terms attached to that promotion.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sportsbook Rules

All sports bets placed on 786be are subject to the specific rules for each sport as published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the platform. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the 786be trading team's decision, based on the published rules, is final. Bets will be voided where events are abandoned, cancelled, or postponed beyond the period specified in the relevant sport rules. Cricket bet settlement follows ICC official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body.

7.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the Platform's discretion at any point during a live event. 786be reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets placed after the outcome of an in-play event has been determined — whether due to network delay or any other factor — may be voided by 786be. The Player accepts this risk when placing in-play wagers.

7.3 Casino & Slots

All casino games available on 786be — including live dealer games provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — are governed by the rules of the respective game and the rules of the game provider. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Any technical malfunction during a game session will be governed by the Platform's technical error policy, which may include voiding affected rounds and returning stakes.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits for all sports betting markets and casino games are displayed within the Platform and are subject to change without prior notice. 786be reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Account at any time where it determines this to be appropriate for risk management or responsible gaming purposes.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 786be platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption of sporting events on which bets are accepted by 786be.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multi-player game environment.
• Exploiting software errors, system vulnerabilities, or incorrectly priced markets ("palpable errors") for financial gain.
• Conducting fraudulent chargebacks or disputes with bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any other payment provider in relation to genuine transactions on 786be.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Transferring funds between player Accounts.
• Accessing the Platform in violation of applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or interfere with the Platform's software or security systems.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 786be platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of 786be or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 786be.

The 786be brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of 786be. Unauthorised use of 786be's trademarks or branding in any context — including on third-party websites, social media, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

10. Privacy & Data

786be collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at https://786be.io/privacy-policy and should be read in conjunction with these Terms.

786be implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and secure server infrastructure, to protect player data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. Players should exercise caution when accessing their Accounts on public or shared devices.

11. Responsible Gaming

786be is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all registered players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at all times from within your Account settings:

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 786be shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures.

786be's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

786be does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 786be expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Amendments & Termination

13.1 Amendments by 786be

786be reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects a Player's rights or obligations, 786be will provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendment taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.2 Termination by 786be

786be reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player's Account, with or without prior notice, if it determines that: the Player has violated these Terms; the Player has engaged in any Prohibited Activity; the Player has provided false information at registration; or the continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players. Upon termination for cause, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method unless the termination is due to fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.

13.3 Survival

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination of your Account — including but not limited to sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited activities, and governing law — shall survive such termination.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 786be operates primarily to serve players in Bangladesh and structures its platform operations accordingly.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and 786be regarding the settlement of a bet, the application of these Terms, or any other matter related to the Platform, the Player should first contact 786be support at [email protected]. 786be commits to investigating all complaints thoroughly and providing a reasoned response within 10 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time).

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with 786be support, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution process. 786be will provide details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism upon request.
